Branson Prepares for Fiddle Festival: "BRANSON -- The 22nd Annual Fiddle Festival and Mid-American Championship will once again attract thousands of fiddle enthusiasts from across the country to Branson, the Live Music Show Capital of America, all weekend August 27th through 29th. Come and have an authentic Ozark Mountain heritage experience. Enjoy a FREE Big Smith concert on Friday night to “kick off” the Fiddle contest, which begins on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. The concert and the fiddle contest both take place at Branson Landing."
